All-Inclusive Registration Fee – No extra costs!
Registration Fee Includes:
- The 2021 Annual Meeting will be powered by the (award-winning) Whova Event Platform which works with Web and/or Mobile Apps on your computer and mobile devices.
- Whova Event Access Pass – Set your own personal agendas, communicate with attendees through the Community Boards, and access all programming links. (Please don’t share your Whova login with other people or access livestreams on multiple devices – we purchase Zoom licences that have a max number of participants!)
- Most talks will be recorded and available on demand for 6 months for of repeat viewing.

*A current TWS-WS membership is required to receive the discounted Member registration rate. We encourage you to join TWS-WS to receive the discounted rate. You may purchase or renew your membership directly through our meeting registration form.
** Students: Students must be current TWS-WS members and currently enrolled at a university or college or within 6 months of degree conferral. Students are strongly urged to contact their local Chapter for grant support with registration fees.
**Early Career Professionals: Early Career Professionals” are TWS-WS current members who have graduated within 3 years with a degree in a Wildlife-related field AND are employed less than full-time in a temporary/limited-term/seasonal position.
**Retirees: Retiree rate is for TWS-WS members, retired from full-time employment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be allowed through December 18th, 2020 for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Please email tws-west@tws-west.org if you need to cancel your registration. After December 18th we will not be able to process cancellations for any reason, no matter how urgent. We thank you for understanding. Note, that at any time we are able to transfer a registration to a different name and email address for no extra charge.
