Contributed Paper Sessions – Presentations and Posters

Here is the format we will be using for our 2021 Virtual Meeting – Scientific Technical Sessions

Oral Presentations:  All presentations associated with the oral concurrent sessions will be pre-recorded and uploaded online by the presenters in early January.   Detailed recording and upload instructions will be provided to all accepted speakers.  Oral presentations will be available to meeting registrants for advance, on-demand viewing before the meeting and will be available for online viewing throughout the rest of the year.  In addition to providing pre-recorded talks, oral presenters will also be expected to participate in a 45-minute moderated Q&A live webinar session with the other poster and oral presenters within their session topic.  These Q&A sessions will be held Monday through Friday (Feb 1-5, 2021) between 3:30-4:30pm.

Poster Presentations:   All poster presentations will be presented virtually in PDF format.   Poster presenters will upload their poster file in early January, along with an optional pre-recorded 2-4 minute video presentation highlighting their poster talk, if desired.  Detailed formatting, recording and upload instructions will be provided to all accepted poster authors. The posters will be available to meeting registrants for advance viewing before the meeting begins and for the rest of the year. There will be Q&A opportunities through a chat function to allow interaction between presenters and participants.
