Closed Captioning & Live/Recorded Sessions

We are excited to announce that we have signed up with Rev so that live closed captions will be available throughout our conference on all Zoom meetings.  The live captions will be generated automatically using Rev’s computer software and will be 80% accurate.  

The daily morning General Sessions and late afternoon Technical Session Panel Discussions will all be recorded and the video files will be available (hopefully within 24 hours) for on demand viewing in Whova for meeting registrants who missed the live session or want to watch it again!  Volunteers will edit the closed captions so that the recorded, on-demand video will contain (mostly) accurate captioning.
